Description
For the thick parts with relative big chamfers, there will be assembly interference due to inside bumps, which may lead to failed assembly between the parts with Weld Kerf and bevel feature. To solve it, you can apply Half Weld Half Female/Male option in F/M Joint in the drop down arrow of Weld Kerf.
Application
Select designated section to be modified, click F/M Joint under Weld Kerf.
Compensation Type
You can set the compensation type as Half Weld Half Male or Half Weld Half Female as needed in the following figure.
After you finish the settings in it, the cutting path of the part has been changed definitely, and then you’re allowed to nest them.
